Terms of Service

1. The service

DrivM8 is an alert service that notifies you when you enter London charge zones. We are not a payment provider and we do not guarantee that you will avoid fines. You remain responsible for paying any charges directly to TfL.

2. Your responsibilities

To get the best from DrivM8 you must keep your device's location services enabled and notifications turned on. You are responsible for keeping your account details, vehicle reg and contact information up to date.

3. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrivM8 is not liable for any fines, penalties or losses incurred through use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
